Q: The product says my user name or license key is invalid. How do I fix that?
- License keys are major version specific. Verify that you are using the correct version of the software with the correct license key. The receipt has the version number as part of the SKU.
- Verify that you are using BOTH the User Name and the License Key from your receipt.

A. License keys are given immediately upon credit card authorization.

A: If you ordered before June 22nd, 2015, you will need to create a new login. On June 22nd, 2015 we moved to a new cart system; Shopify.

Q: How do I use a 30 day trial? I believe I need a key. How do I retrieve that?
A: If you are using the regular .NET framework, no 30 day trial is needed. Simply download from our website or NuGet and use it. If your project is using .NET Core you can generate a trial key with this link: Generate Trial Code
